Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Here at O’Brien’s, our customers are very important to us. After all you put the bread on out tables. Therefore, when you purchase a collar (except weighted collars), Harness or leads (leashes) from us we will stand behind it for up to Two (2) years. This covers flaws in its function i.e. (broken rivet, stitching that may have come out, broken hardware) Please don’t send back items if the color fades or if it gets scratched, as this is normal thing that happens with regular use and age. Please don’t send back anything that has been munched (eaten) by your dog as this is certainly beyond our control. We will repair or replace your lead, collar (except weighted collars) or harness at our option. provide it is returned to us with a copy of original dated sales slip and you will have to cover the shipping cost.
Custom merchandise manufactured according to a customer’s specifications is not returnable nor exchangeable.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: O’Brien’s Supply.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
